Job Title: Undergraduate Air Organisational Psychology
BAE Systems offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements. However, for this Industrial Placement programme, you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. What you will be doing
Working as part of our Air Sector Transformation team, as an Undergraduate, you will help develop the future workforce for the Sector, placing humans at the heart of our Digital Transformation work.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Work as part of a cross-functional task-force to enable people to perform at their best
* Assess the potential people and psychological impact of new digital technologies and practices
* Conduct research and analyze organizational dynamics to identify improvement opportunities
* Assist in designing, testing, and implementing Sector-wide initiatives fostering engagement, collaboration, and innovation
* Collaborate across Functions and Lines of Business, driving meaningful change
* Provide subject insights from Organizational Psychology across the team’s activities
Skills
You'll need to be on track to obtain a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology. You must be returning to university to complete your degree after this role.
