The Role & Responsibilities
1. Supervise the internal exclusion room.
2. Manage student behaviour.
3. Oversee an internal exclusion programme that returns students to their lessons better able to manage their behaviour.
4. Manage and analyse behaviour data in a way that positively impacts student outcomes.
5. Support students with their return to mainstream lessons & management after school impositions.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification/experience relating to work with young people, possess good communication and numeric skills, and have IT & Admin skills.
You must be a positive role model, enthusiastic, and flexible to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
