This is an exciting new opportunity to work as a Clinical Partnership Manager in wound management. You will take responsibility for all LINK (Learning, Information, Network, Knowledge) related clinical aspects of the company solution offering, working closely with the Healthcare Partnership Managers and Regional Business Manager to deliver value to local healthcare economies, with particular focus on developing advocates of the company brand. This will involve developing clinical networks and round tables locally, to become the company clinical expert in wound management, developing best practice and ultimately improving care through the use of company solutions. This position will provide clinical information to the team and act as a reliable source of information to the medical community.
In this role you will:
1. Work with the Healthcare Partnership Manager in delivering the LINK elements of the platform, developing partnerships that leverage the company solutions.
2. Support both internal & external customers with up-to-date clinical information relating to the Wound Management therapy areas related to the company brand operating areas.
3. Identify relevant KOLs (advocate and rising star customers) across the region, develop a plan to engage with these KOLs for the benefit of the company.
4. Plan, organise and execute LINK events regionally to deliver keynotes and clinical exchanges to further leverage the use of the company solutions.
5. Identify & develop best practice with the use of the company solutions in the form of case studies, medical journal writing, poster presentation and clinical forum presentations.
6. Deliver clinical presentations relevant to the company solutions supporting the Healthcare Partnership Manager to develop brands within NHS protocols.
7. Provide support for local evaluations of the company brands and ensure that customers recognise the value of the company’s product and services.
8. Support the company international LINK program by developing advocates to talk at an international level.
9. Facilitate pathway workshops to support NHS objectives in improving patient care and supporting appropriate use of the company brands.
10. Co-ordinate and deliver wound management education internally and externally at both regional and national level.
11. Liaise on a clinical basis with prospective and existing customers to monitor clinical satisfaction.
12. Provide the necessary support to enable successful pre/post-sale demonstration and evaluation of the product range.
13. Share best practice and appropriate market intelligence with team colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
14. Develop good business relationships with Regional Key Opinion Leaders.
15. Utilise the CRM database, appropriate reports and training plans.
16. Communicate all relevant customer information including product and customer-related issues and sales opportunities to the Territory Sales Managers, Marketing Team and other relevant departments.
17. Maintain and improve individual clinical and product knowledge, reinforcing their role as a key resource for customers and colleagues alike.
18. Project a professional and ethical company image at all times in front of customers and colleagues.
19. Ensure data privacy is in line with GDPR regulations including appropriate collection, storage and transmission of any customer data.
20. Ensure compliance with all relevant company policy and procedures.
21. Carry out any other duties commensurate to the post as required.
22. Variations to the job description may be required from time to time and when this arises there will be a discussion with the post holder.
In order to maintain the vision of market leader and remain up to date, it is important that the Clinical Partnership Manager remains clinically validated. Revalidation is the responsibility of the individual. However, to ensure the CPM remains a registered clinician, the company will support revalidation with ongoing clinical experience in the form of an honorary contract and access to clinical updates such as medical conferences.

Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with current UK Registration
* Tissue viability experience or equivalent Specialist Nurse/Podiatrist (band 7 upwards)
* Full UK driver’s licence (maximum 6 points)

* Specialist in wound care therapies which may include compression, tissue viability, burns, vascular, lymphedema, leg ulcer, diabetic foot ulcer, podiatry.
* Knowledge of the changing NHS.
