Effectively manage a team of Clinical Nurse Advisors including ensuring compliance with mandatory training and clinical competence, supporting personal development and health and well-being Manage staffing levels in the directorate through monitoring of nurse efficiencies including management of recruitment, absence and attrition Deliver on regulatory requirements and clinical governance through audit and management of incidents and complaints Involvement in nurse capacity, skillset monitoring and contingency processes Deputise for the Clinical Business Manager as required and as part of management team support roles during periods of absence Participate in or lead national committees or projects in line with the nursing strategic goals
