Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the residential services team.
Manage and organize documentation related to resident services and support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and external inquiries.
Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members and management.
Assist in the planning and execution of resident engagement events.
Monitor and report on service performance metrics and resident feedback.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar administrative support role, preferably in a residential or service-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interaction.
Competency in using office software applications and databases to manage information.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
