Regional Facilities Manager
Location: South East, UK
Salary: £50,000 including discretionary bonus + more
Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse retail park portfolio. If you have a strong background in facilities management, especially within retail or mixed-use properties, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all facilities operations within the retail park portfolio.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant relations, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
* Develop and manage service charge budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.
* Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs to ensure optimal performance across all properties.
* Coordinate and manage contractors, ensuring compliance with contracts and quality of service.
* Work autonomously, taking full accountability for the performance of your portfolio.
* Multi-task effectively while prioritizing and managing various projects and responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in retail or mixed-use properties.
* Strong tenant liaison skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Demonstrated experience in contractor management and service charge budgeting.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A proactive, results-driven approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
