A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a high profile Key Account Director for our Security Solutions business. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work on their own initiative and is a team player with strong leadership skills. Key responsibilities of the Key Account Director The delivery of the security services at our client’s contracts as detailed and agreed within the scope of contract responsible for the Profit and Loss balance sheet for all aspects of the contract. All additional income, expenditure and unaccounted costs are to be controlled and reported monthly responsible for the development and implementation of all employee resources, processes, and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the details of the Assignment Instructions responsible for the standards of service delivery in line with the Service Level Agreement Operations Leadership and Management To provide strategic leadership in line with contractual obligations To implement a full security survey and risk assessment annually to identify and record inherent or emerging security risks to the account To implement and maintain Account Security Strategy and Risk Register documents Staff, Management and Compliance Ensure all staff employed on the contract are compliant with; BS:7858: Security Screening code of practice and Private Security Licencing Act Ensure all staff have clear objectives and a good understanding of their role by ensuring all buildings have a detailed set of assignment instructions To review and input into a comprehensive training plan covering all sections of the Assignment instructions Ensure a full and comprehensive audit of services are conducted quarterly Produce comprehensive and accurate Risk Assessments for all areas of the operation and ensure these are updated annually and / or when any duties are added or changed within the scope of contract Produce thorough investigations and reporting on behalf of both Bidvest Noonan and our clients All aspects of people management and leadership of designated team Key skills & experience required Will hold a valid SIA licence, and valid IOSH Managing Safety certificate Hold a Level 5 Management certificate or equivalent (or willing to work towards) Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook Advanced Timegate skills Hold a valid First Aid at Work Certificate Have a clear understanding and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills Have excellent motivational skills Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Able to demonstrate methodical and organised ways of working Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative Team player with strong leadership skills Articulate, persuasive and assertive Flexible with attention to detail What you'll get Paid holidays Pension plan On-going training Progression opportunities WRKIT Employee Benefits Platform which give you access to savings HSF – a health cash plan and personal accident benefit with added services About Us Bidvest Noonan is a team of 27,000 passionate and customer-focused people.
