Key Responsibilities
:
* Assisting fee earners in managing a caseload of private client matters including Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Probate
* Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Organising and maintaining client files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
* Liaising with clients, external professionals, and other parties
* Providing administrative support and managing day-to-day workflow for the team
Skills and Experience Required :
* Previous experience in a Private Client role (whether as a Secretary, Assistant, Paralegal, or similar)
* Strong knowledge of Private Client law and related procedures
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, client-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work effectively in a small, supportive team
