We are looking for an entrepreneurial Retail and Education Activation Manager.
You will play a pivotal part in the delivery of our strategy to our brand and retail partner Face Designers. You will inspire by being the expert of our Brand.
Reporting into the Armani Beauty National Education Manager, you will deliver the Armani Beauty retail and education strategy, working closely with the Brand Engagement Team and collaborating across the Retail Tribes as well as key stakeholders, internal and external.
You will be responsible for educating and coaching our Face Designers both at our point of sale and training academy. You will ensure full execution of our in-store activation plans, focusing on our flagship doors. You have a genuine passion and excitement for beauty, for people, and sharing your passion through the delivery of our retail education and coaching strategy.
You will empower our Face Designers to maximize their ability and confidence, ensuring we deliver exceptional retail experiences every time.
Execute the Armani Beauty training programme by assisting with the development and delivery of online and face-to-face education and training materials.
You will be the go-to expert of the make-up category, co-creating and developing the makeup retail and education strategy with the National Education Manager, while delivering events and activations alongside the Regional Make-Up Artist Team.
Coaching and developing the In-store Beauty Advisors with a focus on refining the brand’s service excellence.
Being a retail expert, you will lead from the front by educating, coaching, and activating our plans in flagship doors.
Research and recommend new and innovative ideas to deliver inspirational education.
You will be the key reference for up-to-date makeup trends and present your findings and inspiration to key stakeholders.
Identify service and activation opportunities in-store to improve the customer experience.
Champion simplicity through ways of working with brands and field teams.
Be a One Luxe ambassador and an advocate of positive change and agility, adapting retail excellence to our customers and their needs.
Provide constructive feedback to brand & tribe stakeholders to facilitate best-in-class experience.
You will support the roll-out of new stores, in some cases also supporting sister brands Prada and Valentino beauty.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum years retail and coaching experience within a flagship beauty door.
2. Previous retail team management experience within a beauty-focused retailer.
3. Strong understanding and proven track record of effective sales techniques, customer experience, and ability to drive results through focused BA teams.
4. Exceptional coaching and eventing skills to drive the excitement around Makeup.
5. Strong analytical skills and capability on Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
6. You will have a can-do, positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset. Highly organized by nature and excellent attention to detail.
7. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to positively influence both internal and external stakeholders.
