A London based Creative Agency are seeking a Group Project Finance Manager to join their growing team.
Based in London in state-of-the-art offices, this award winning design and architectural firm focusses on large scale sustainable and eco-friendly projects in cities all over the world.

Reporting directly into the Finance Director and will the main point of contact and Business Partner for one of their key studios, managing all financial matters. The role itself is extremely strategic as well as having several reporting duties. With significant levels of autonomy, this role would suit a self-motivated and commercially astute individual.
The role
* Preparation of the annual group budget for the year for each project, from billings and earnings through to resourcing and expenditure, whilst assessing profitability.
* Prepare the quarterly group forecast, highlighting and analysing variances to produce the forecast for the next quarter for each project.
* Month end reviews – Preparing the month end reporting finances for review by the Financial Director, analysing variances.
Project Specific activities included:
* Producing Cash Flow schedules for Projects based around the world;
* Dealing with FX Profits/ Losses monthly due to the geographical location of the Firm’s projects;
* Dealing with Clients and Sub Consultants daily regarding financial and contractual queries;
* Working with the teams junior accountants, ensuring timely and accurate as well as chasing up the receipt of debtors;
* Produce project dashboards with accompanying analysis for key stakeholders
* Working closely with business leaders in order continually improve processes.

Due to the commercial nature of the role, project accounting and business partnering is key.
