Our client is looking to recruit a new member of their team as a Process Administrator.
The ideal person will have exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, good keyboard skills, and enjoy a process administration role (very little phone work).
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Notice processing and checks – this involves:
1. Checking vehicle registration details.
2. Making sure vehicle make and model details are correct and amending if required.
3. Confirming contravention and site details are correct on each Parking Charge Notice.
4. Checking if payments have been made on various systems.
This is a data processing role that requires a high level of attention to detail. May be required to occasionally answer telephone queries and help with other office duties.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Excellent attention to detail.
2. Office 365 - Word/Excel/Outlook.
3. Team player - be able to work as part of a team.
4. Experience within the Private Parking Industry (not essential, full training will be given).
5. Good working knowledge of parking administration (appeals, processing).
6. Knowledge of Schedule 4 POFA 2012.
7. GDPR knowledge.
8. ZatPark back office system.
