Salary: £36,000–£48,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Role:
As a Deputy Manager, you will:
* Support the Registered Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and Ofsted regulations.
* Act as the Registered Manager in their absence.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people, ensuring their needs are recognised and met.
* Provide a safe and supportive environment for young people, free from discrimination.
* Lead, plan, and manage shifts to ensure children are engaged and safe throughout the day.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with families, social workers, schools, and other professionals.
* Oversee and contribute to the development of care plans and case files.
* Promote and support young people’s education, ensuring attendance and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 2 years’ experience in support work, with supervisory experience preferred.
* Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
* Strong communication skills and a positive, welcoming attitude.
* Commitment to delivering a high standard of care and working effectively as part of a team.
* A full UK driving licence is desirable.
* Ability to relocate or reliably commute to Tilbury is essential.
