Your Role as an HLTA: Deliver engaging lessons and interventions for small groups or individual pupils. Assist teachers in planning and preparing creative learning activities. Monitor and report pupil progress to staff and parents as needed. Support pupils with varying educational needs, ensuring their development and confidence. Play a vital role in creating an inclusive, positive learning environment. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an HLTA or similar role in an educational setting. Confidence in delivering phonics interventions and supporting the primary curriculum. Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach to tasks. The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
