About the Role We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Bone & Joint Health Group at the Blizard Institute. You will manage the group’s administrative functions, including finance and HR processes, and ensure smooth coordination between research and educational activities. You will support the Academic Strategic Lead in implementing research strategies, managing HR processes, and coordinating financial transactions. You’ll also review and revise current procedures within the group, ensuring that all information on the group’s webpages is accurate and up to date. About You Proven experience in operations or administration, ideally in higher education or the NHS. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
