Personal Assistant – Structures & Piling Division
Are you ready to be at the heart of some of the most technically demanding and high-impact work in construction? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, where no two days are the same? Can you juggle priorities, anticipate needs, and build strong relationships that keep things moving?
If you're a confident, organised and proactive Personal Assistant looking to support high-performing leaders in a business driving innovation in reinforced concrete structures and piling – we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to our Business Unit Leaders for Structures and Piling. These teams are delivering critical infrastructure and complex engineering projects across the UK – and they need someone just as driven behind the scenes.
From complex diary coordination to high-level meeting preparation, from managing sensitive information to arranging strategic events – you'll play a key role in keeping operations efficient, communication seamless, and leaders focused.
What will you be doing?
* Supporting two Business Unit Leaders with executive-level diary management, meeting prep and email coordination
* Producing polished documents and presentations, including business performance reports and meeting packs
* Organising internal and external meetings (in-person and Teams), and owning logistics from agendas to action tracking
* Managing a strategic calendar of business-critical events – contract reviews, strategy days, settlements, and more
* Booking travel and accommodation, handling expense reports and managing team approvals as needed
* Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact
* Maintaining accurate distribution lists and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes
* Collaborating closely with the wider PA network across the business to ensure joined-up support
What makes you the ideal fit?
* You've supported senior leaders before, ideally in a fast-paced or technical environment
* You're a whiz with Microsoft Office – especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* You can stay calm under pressure, organise chaos, and anticipate what's needed before being asked
* You're professional and personable – comfortable dealing with people at all levels, including clients
* You're a team player who's just as effective working independently
* You're adaptable, detail-oriented and driven by a job well done
* You value discretion, diplomacy and building trusted relationships
Why join us?
You'll be supporting leaders who are building the future – tackling challenging engineering problems and transforming the built environment. Your role will be critical in making that happen. With opportunities to learn, grow and connect with a supportive PA network, this is more than just a job – it's a chance to be part of something big.
Are you the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes? Apply now and help us build the extraordinary.
