Company Description:
* An established and reputable consultancy is now looking to add to their team to work on site on a multi storey commercial office project.
Role Description:
* Act as the Employers Agent on a major Design & Build (D&B) project, ensuring compliance with the contract.
* Manage contract administration, reporting, and handling instructions efficiently.
* Oversee quality management and assurance, conducting regular checks and audits.
* Work closely with the Project Manager, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
* Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budgets remain on track.
* Lead client and stakeholder communications, providing regular progress updates.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and compliance.
* Ensure all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Employers Agent or Project Manager in real estate projects.
* Strong experience of contract admin, particularly D&B contracts.
* Proven experience of working in a project consultancy
* Experience managing large-scale commercial projects in the UK.
* Experience of reporting, change control and dealing with instructions, managing quality and checkers.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including contractors and consultants.
* Proficient in reporting, contract changes, and project instructions.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
