LIAISE WITH EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS
1. Assist with creating daily equipment plan.
2. Liase with Transport Department to arrange collections.
3. Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
4. Handle short deliveries when they arise.
5. Ensure paperwork processed correctly.
What we need from you:
1. Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.
2. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
5. Ability to establish priorities, work independently and without supervision.
6. Ability to handle and resolve problems.
7. Ability to work with staff effectively.
8. Organised and tidy approach to work.
About The Role:
Days of work: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
Hours of work: 05.30 – 14.30

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing dynamic team who operate in a fast-moving 7 day a week operation. You will work as part of a team that provides Equipment to manufacturing teams and information to the accounts team as required.
RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY-TO-DAY EQUIPMENT PROCESSING
1. Carrying out daily stock checks.
2. Updating stock position against daily production plan.
3. Hiring and De-hiring of trays from various customer systems.
4. Supply information back to production teams and accounts when required.
5. Booking in of Equipment deliveries.
6. Preparing for customer audits.
7. Actioning end of period stock counts.
8. Assisting with onsite customer orders.
9. Keep all costs to a minimum and report any issues that have/may arise.
10. Ensure a healthy, safe and clean working environment at all times.
11. Helping with the General housekeeping of equipment.
12. Invoice reconciliation.
