Job Description
The purpose of this role is to ensure esure’s Motor Claims suppliers deliver a quality, cost effective service for our customers and people.
Acting as a conduit between frontline claims and our third party partners, the role will be focused on delivering value, ensuring an excellent customer journey, operational performance management of suppliers, reducing cost and spend, maximising revenue and mitigating third party risk.
DIMENSIONS:
1. Initiate, Onboard andManage Suppliers
2. Assist with setting up procedures to improve service and manage costs in relation to the Suppliers and Claims procedures on the more technical aspects of claims, linking in with the Claims Transformation, if applicable.
3. Assist with the preparation of contracts with Legal and Procurement department.
