Working as part of a small team based at DN14 involved in the sale of authentic vintage and antique ironmongery.
* The role will involves taking and processing sales orders, customer service such as customer queries, parcel tracking.
* The successful candidate will have sales experience and customer service skills.
* You will be required to use HUBSPOT for workflow streaming and the role will involve interaction with Customers over the web and telephone.
* The role is full time, 8.30 am until 4.30. 15-minute morning and afternoon paid breaks, dinner time is 30 minutes unpaid.
* Performance Bonuses are paid monthly based on performance and sales results
