Founded to empower IT and engineering freelancers, Hightekers handles all administrative management, allowing freelancers to focus on what they do best. Our innovative digital platform ensures freelancers can manage documents and information effortlessly while connecting with a global network of like-minded professionals.
We are currently looking for a Business Developer to support the sales team in executing effective sales strategies across the Netherlands. This role involves driving B2B sales growth by managing the entire sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and effectively developing and executing sales strategies to expand our services successfully across the Dutch market.
Your Responsibilities in this role:
1. Drive new customer acquisition by selling and advising on Hightekers' innovative services to IT companies and recruitment agencies.
2. Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of prospective clients through targeted lead generation and follow-up.
3. Lead the complete 360° sales cycle for the NL B2B market, encompassing prospecting, cold calling, solution demonstrations, and deal closure.
4. Analyse client needs and offer tailored solutions, ensuring a high-quality client experience from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
5. Build strong client relationships across designated regions, actively contributing to client retention and satisfaction.
6. Partner with internal teams to align service delivery and fulfil client expectations.
7. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to broaden market outreach and strengthen Hightekers' B2B presence.
8. Meet or exceed monthly performance targets, contributing to the growth of outbound sales activities within the NL B2B and EOR markets.
What you bring to the role and the team:
Required:
1. Native Dutch and English
2. +4 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
3. Proficient in using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
4. Effective communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Strong can-do attitude and a sales-driven approach with good time management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving skills.
7. Proficient in conflict management and resolution.
8. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team.
9. Strong analytical skills and sales data analysis.
Valuable:
1. Experience in a related industry (umbrella, EOR, or recruitment agency).
2. Experience managing small SDRs teams.
3. Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC)
4. Knowledge of any other European language, such as French or Spanish.
