We are seeking a consultant psychiatrist to join our IDT Adult Community Pathway Team. This is a replacement post that will work across both Primary and Secondary Care. To provide clinical leadership and psychiatric expertise for the Bury North IDT, West Suffolk, working collaboratively with colleagues in the community team, the wards, crisis and liaison services for adults to provide a seamless pathway.
Main Duties of the Job
1. Through job planning and agreement the SPA sessions allow for the possibility of a special interest, teaching and research, management duties, administration and continuing professional development.
2. These arrangements allow for some flexibility and the opportunity for doctors to change their working patterns and clinical interests as things develop.

* The post holder is appointed as a senior professional in order to provide advanced professional expertise and clinical leadership.
