An exciting opportunity to lead Project GLOBE, a global transformation programme aimed at enhancing lending operations. Work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 2-3 office days per week. Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across EMEA and beyond. Join a team dedicated to optimising processes and standardising operations on a global scale.Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise in project management, ensuring robust governance and transparency. Lead a cross-functional EMEA team through the project lifecycle, managing resources effectively. Influence and motivate diverse teams across the organisation to achieve timely results. Coordinate with regional teams and Tokyo Headquarters, aligning with Project GLOBE's vision. Deliver accurate status reports to Senior Management in EMEA and Tokyo. Identify, assess, and escalate risks to the Project Sponsor, ensuring proactive mitigation. Adapt swiftly to ongoing changes, documenting impacts and formulating effective plans.What You Bring: Extensive experience in change management and programme delivery within a corporate banking environment, particularly in lending. A solid understanding of EMEA regulatory requirements related to credit management. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex transformation projects in financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage effective teams. Capability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.Qualifications: Degree-level education is essential.
