BMSL Require Metals Sprayers for works in Pembroke Dock.
A brief description how metal spraying (Flame Spray) using gas and oxygen with aluminum wire works.
The gas fuel and oxygen are mixed and ignited to produce a flame. The material is melted and the compressed air passing through a spray nozzle atomises the molten metal and sprays it on to the substrate. The larger the wire diameter, the higher the spray rate. Powder can also be used or Arc, which is powered by electricity. We use the flame spray method as the arc creates too much dust.
This can be a temp to perm job role if desired, but 6 months work guarenteed initially.
You will need to provide proof of your previous metal sprayer experience.
