Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to continue our successful growth plans, with the addition of an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant or a Trainee Recruitment Consultant onto one of our largest and active markets, to join a successful team with experienced team members and manager on hand.

The Job
Working on our established and growing Legal West Midlands or South West team, recruiting for a variety of Law firms across the West Midlands market, under the guidance of an experienced Business Manager.
Initially you will take part in an intensive training program coupled with on-the-job / at the desk learning. We operate a 360-recruitment model so the goal is to ensure you are confident nurturing client relationships and developing your own business as well as delivery and candidate management.
