Customer Account Executive - 12 Month Contract
Location: Coleshill
Salary: Up to £26,123 + 10% Bonus

What you will do as an Account Executive
1. Manage the day-to-day customer experience for a portfolio of customers ensuring agreed service standards are provided and coordinating corrective action as required.
2. Manage customer orders, prepare and proactively follow up on quotations.
3. Ensure contractually agreed service standards are provided to individual customers and, where necessary, liaise with the operations and other functional areas to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner to the customer's satisfaction.
4. Provide administrative support to contracts outside the defined portfolio base, as required.
5. Effectively utilize the relevant software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and provide related reports as required.
What you will need
1. Experience in an account management or soft sales environment.
2. Good understanding and interest in E-Commerce and using online tools and software.
3. Solid experience with order processing through Software, CRM software, and Office 365.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Driver and own transport.
Initial interviews will be held by Teams or Zoom, then face to face.
