Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 +OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Location: Station Rd, Watford, Northampton NN6 7XN
Our client is a leading independent supplier of construction products in the UK and a powerhouse in the industry. With rapid growth, they've expanded into a multi-million-pound company that serves a wide range of contractors across the nation.
The Northampton branch is seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer service to its established client base.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales negotiations via phone and email, proving quotes and product details to customers.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and present tailored product offerings to maximise sales.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, staying up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Advise clients on the best products or solutions based on their specific project requirements, offering expert recommendations.
Process orders from clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Update customer information and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, using a mix of cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
Visiting customers and potential customers alongside other External Sales Managers
Essential Skills:
Previous sales experience
Confident with strong communication skills
Accurate in preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts, ensuring no mistakes are made
Highly driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in seeking out new opportunities.
Desired Skills:
Construction industry experience
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and administrative tasks efficiently.
