The Role:
1. Assist with processing invoices, payments, and expenses.
2. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
3. Support the preparation of financial reports and month-end close activities.
4. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
5. Handle administrative tasks such as filing and managing financial documentation.
6. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies.
The Person:
1. Previous experience in a finance or accounts role.
2. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
4. Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
