This is a full 360 recruitment role with a focus on business development, where you’ll oversee the recruitment process from start to finish while driving growth: Sourcing and interviewing candidates. Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities. Proactively building and maintaining strong client relationships. Conducting client visits and pitching services to potential clients. Driving the profitability and growth of your desk through business development initiatives. What experience will you have? At least 1 year of agency recruitment experience (required). A proven track record in business development and lead generation. Experience in the commercial sector is desirable but not essential. First-class communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. A results-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines.
