Reports To Global Marketing & Communications Manager Job Purpose This role will lead the promotion and communication of our technologies by developing and executing marketing strategies. This role involves overseeing R&D training programs, managing internal and external communications, and supporting Key Account Managers (KAM) in client-facing activities. The Coordinator will also design presentations, provide media materials, and offer training on the benefits of our technologies to support commercial objectives. Additionally, they will gather and analyze market insights to enhance promotion efforts and collaborate with creative fragrance development teams to integrate our technologies into new projects. This role is open to candidates in any location with CPL entity. Tasks and Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of CPL technologies Coordinate and conduct training sessions for internal staff and external partners on product knowledge and sales techniques. Work with our training program: LMS (Learning Management System) Collaborate with the marketing team to produce and distribute communication materials about technologies Analyse industry trends and market insights to inform marketing strategies and product development. Write and publish content as needed and establish the website as an industry go-to source of information about our technologies Modify presentations, brochures and our innovation videos as needed Skills And Attributes Required LMS experience will be desirable 3-5 years of professional experience in either the fragrance, beauty or FMCG industry Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills Professional highly developed ability in written and verbal skills Affinity for fragrances Strong understanding of marketing principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals A customer-focused mindset Ability to analyse data and market trends Creative thinking with the capacity to generate fresh ideas for marketing campaigns and strategies Proficiency in using marketing software and tools Proficiency in English All qualified applicants will be considered for employment irrespective of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, sex, gender identity or disability status.
