With this in mind, they are looking for a customer-focused individual to join their team, bringing fresh enthusiasm to the role and a positive attitude Key Responsibilities: Handling customer queries and complaints. Answering all incoming calls and emails. Working with suppliers to ensure swift resolution of any problems. Liaising with other departments, including the sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in an office environment, either customer service or administration. You will be confident liaising with customers and suppliers in order to deliver an exceptional service. Extra details: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm. Office based, Hallen.
