As part of this exciting journey, Sodexo is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead facilities management at the school, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality learning environment.
About the Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hard and soft FM services within the school, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. You will:
* Manage and coordinate all facilities services on-site
* Act as the operational link between the Client(s) and the Operational Director
* Provide day-to-day support to the Headteacher and School Representative
* Lead, develop and manager the on-site team, including cleaning and site services staff
* Ensure statutory and contractual compliance across other education contracts as directed
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an individual with:
* Proven leadership skills
* Experience in hard and/or soft FM services preferred, however, not essential
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
