We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to take on the position of a Document Controller based out of our corporate offices located in Bedford, Nova Scotia.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the manager of the Document Control department, the Document Controller is responsible for maintaining Project & Company information in the Document Control system in an organized and timely manner. A Document Controllers tasks will vary from day to day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Printing needs for the Estimating, Project teams and office staff within the Municipal Group of Companies;
* Categorize, photocopy, scan, rename and file documentation;
* Ensuring the archives department is well maintained;
* Assisting with the archiving at the completion of Projects;
* Ensuring documentation is up to date in SharePoint;
Qualifications:
* Strong time and priority management skills;
* Ability to communicate effectively;
* Ability to work as part of a document control team;
* Experience Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience in Microsoft SharePoint an asset.
