Your Opportunity
Our dedicated Managed Services team, also known as Robiquity X, are looking for a Senior Power Platform Support Analyst to join them. As a Support Analyst you’ll be responsible for the continuous delivery of quality throughout all our services.
* Incident and change management – be the first line of defence as you resolve incidents and solve problems.
* Client and stakeholder engagement – own interactions with stakeholders, ensuring you deliver best services and handle escalations.
* Technical capability – provide daily operational support for Intelligent Automation Production systems.
* Innovate - Identify new process opportunities while maintaining Microsoft Power Platform Solutions.
* Collaboration – work directing with developers to validate requirements and clarify technical feasibility.
* Design – Be directly involved in designing and delivering new solutions and technologies.

* 2+ years of developing and/or supporting Power Platform environments (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
* Experience working with the Power Platform Centre of Excellence starter Kit
* Experience with Managing the governance and assurance of Power Platform assets
* Experience of providing 2nd/3rd line technical support in a diverse technology environment.
* Experience of gathering service requirements from diverse groups of stakeholders, to inform current and future service provision.
* An ability to explain technical problems in non-technical language to internal and external stakeholders
* Strong initiative, with excellent organisational, planning and self-management skills
* Experience of effectively co-ordinating your own work and that of colleagues to respond effectively to changing priorities, assessing urgency and criticality of support requests, incidents and problems
* Experience in training and developing support staff in Power Platform
