Working Hours:
08:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs (30 min Lunch Break)
08:30-15:00 Fri (30 min Lunch Break)
Duties:
* Answering phones and directing calls
* Greeting visitors and handling general inquiries
* Organising and maintaining physical and digital files
* Drafting, editing, and formatting documents
* Handling mail and emails
* Ensuring office spaces are tidy and organised
* Data entry and maintaining databases
What you will need?
* Previous administration experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience/Knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Polite telephone manner
