As part of our exciting expansion, we are looking for a passionate Social Media & Influencer Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the development, planning and execution of our Social Media and Influencer activity, supporting product launches, key campaigns and events, while increasing brand awareness, audience engagement and share of voice. Skills As our Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager, you will have a great understanding of all things digital marketing, with a nerdy passion for data and insight. You will have a strong understanding of how to visually engage an audience online with great content, messaging and visual impact - disrupting the scroll. You will be able to place our target audience and their journey of discovery and engagement at the heart of everything you do, cleverly positioning our brands in a relevant, timely and appropriate way, with trending themes, approaches and content styles. You’ll have previous experience in social media and influencer marketing and be comfortable leading your own projects, while working closely with the Creative, Retail Marketing and PR teams. Responsibilities Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement Analysing the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan Creating captivating and 'on trend' content for our social media platforms, which include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and also LinkedIn Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital techniques Developing monthly reports on social and digital engagement, brand health metrics and key opjectives Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to a brand Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts Liaising with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy Requirements Proven work experience within social media and influencer marketing Expertise setting up and managing multiple social media platforms Ability to pitch and deliver creative content ideas Familiarity with online marketing strategies, channels and best practice Expertise with social listening and community management tools, e.g. BrandWatch, Pulsar, Sprout, etc. Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively Maintains excellent writing and language skills Excellent communication skills Multitasking and analytics skills Must have the right to work in the UK Able to travel to our Watford office 3x per week If the above sounds like you, and you eat, sleep and breathe all things digital marketing and social media, with a nerdy passion for data and insight - we would love to hear from you
