Job Title: Senior Tax Analyst - Employment Taxes

What you’ll be doing:
* Develop in-depth knowledge of business areas and deliver best-in-class tax partnering with key stakeholders, including HR, Reward, Global Mobility, Legal, and more.
* Provide and research technical advice on a wide range of employment tax matters, supporting advisors and undertaking ad hoc projects.
* Support the development and maintenance of employment tax policy and process improvements, leveraging technology and data solutions.
* Review and monitor employment tax compliance, including filing and payment obligations.
* Deliver tax training to the business and proactively engage with HMRC and other tax authorities as needed.
* Support the Senior Accounting Officer certification for employment taxes.
* Monitor regulatory changes, interpret implications, and communicate them effectively.
* Assist in establishing lobbying positions on employment tax issues.
Your skills and experiences:
* Experience working in an in-house tax team, a function with tax responsibility, or in a professional tax services firm (ideally from the Big 4 or Big 6).
* Subject matter expertise to advise on various areas, including but not limited to employment taxes, global mobility arrangements, off-payroll working arrangements, social security, and share plans.
* Proven expertise in employment tax compliance filings and payment requirements, with associated tax technology experience being desirable.
* A chartered tax qualification such as ATT or CTA.
