Key Responsibilities:
1. Fabricate and weld a range of metal components for structural steel and architectural metalwork projects.
2. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
3. Use various welding techniques, including MIG and TIG, to join metals and materials as required.
4. Operate and maintain fabrication machinery, tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
5. Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets the company’s standards and client specifications.
6. Assist with the assembly and installation of metal structures as needed.
7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder, preferably in structural steel and architectural metalwork.
2. Competence in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
6. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
7. Understanding of and commitment to health and safety standards in the workplace.
