As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring that the brand's objectives are met with excellence. You'll work closely with retail partners and be the face of the brand in your region, fostering strong relationships and consistently representing the company's core values.

Manage and take proactive actions to achieve retail sales targets across multiple locations in the region.
Collaborate with the education team and senior management to identify coaching and development opportunities across your teams.
Support store teams with regular coaching and feedback, ensuring activity plans are effectively executed to maximise sales.
Build lasting relationships with retail partners to enhance brand presence and performance.
Conduct regular store visits and business reviews, ensuring the brand is represented through high standards in grooming, customer service, merchandising, product knowledge, and event execution.
Monitor staffing levels in each store to ensure operational efficiency.
Identify and resolve stock issues to maximise sales potential.
Ensure compliance with all operational standards, including web reporting and store communications.
Recruit, develop, and retain key talent across your teams, including Business/Account Managers and Beauty Consultants.
Maintain brand standards and company values across all locations.
Present seasonal and new product lines to retail partners.Experience Required:
Results-driven leader with a proven ability to coach and motivate high-performing teams.
At least 2 years of experience in an area management role within a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate effectively and drive team performance.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to be proactive and reactive in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, particularly in recruitment and securing in-store space for brand activities.
