About you:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must.
* Experience in teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Strong classroom management skills with a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
* A passion for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Plan and implement creative and effective teaching strategies that enhance student engagement.
* Contribute to the development of the curriculum and participate in extracurricular activities.
* Maintain high expectations for student achievement and behaviour.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
