As a Outbound Sales Team Manager you will take charge of guiding and motivating a team of Lead Generation Telesales Consultants. You will be instrumental in devising strategies to boost sales performance, enhance team capabilities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Your leadership will pave the way for achieving ambitious sales targets and fostering a culture of excellence within your team. Job Details Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of outbound lead generators and Telesales Consultants to achieve high performance and exceed goals Monitor key performance indicators, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement Foster a positive and collaborative team environment Work closely with senior management to align team objectives with overall business goals Coach individuals to improve quality and performance. Deliver 1-2-1s, and comply with HR policies at line manager level Take a customer first approach whilst ensuring optimum profitability of all sales activity. Requirements Proven experience in a B2B sales leadership role Previous experience managing Lead Generation Strong background in managing and developing sales teams Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement necessary changes Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Strong people management skills Benefits Industry-leading package: Base salary £40,000 - £45,000 (doe) per annum uncapped commission.
