Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Careers Advisor to provide comprehensive careers education, information, advice, and guidance to students (KS3–KS5). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering motivation, aspiration, and achievement, ensuring students make informed decisions about their futures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver impartial, one-on-one career guidance interviews to support students' decision-making.
• Assist the Careers Lead in meeting The Gatsby Benchmarks and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with SEN, Safeguarding Hub, and Pupil Premium Leads to address individual needs.
• Organize and promote career-related events and opportunities.
• Utilise platforms like Compass+ and Unifrog to monitor and enhance career exposure.
Interview Dates: Week commencing 13th January 2025.
