If you’re ready to take on the challenge and make a real impact, we want to hear from you What will you be doing as a Programme Administrator You’ll play a key role in ensuring the effective organisation and management of capital programmes. Reporting directly to the Programme Controller, this role provides essential administrative support to enable effective oversight, informed decision-making, and smooth programme delivery. Key responsibilities: Use various IT systems (such as SAP, Engineer Trackers, CRM, Design Trackers, Oracle) to collate, update, and maintain data for the centralised Programme of Works (POW). Ensure the timely and accurate input of project progress and commissioned assets, acting as a data steward to uphold data integrity. Perform regular data audits to identify discrepancies. Engage with Capital Delivery Team to gather necessary information to update the programme, supporting the Programme Controller in providing the necessary data to report on key aspects such as output delivery. Assist the Resource Planner in managing and maintaining the workload and resource data, ensuring timely and accurate updates to the IMRDS Resource Forecast Model. Collaborate to identify discrepancies and provide input for improving data quality. Support the review of actual workload delivery against forecasted data by updating delivery actuals, monitoring variances, and supporting the production of summary reports for stakeholders to aid decision-making. Collaborate with the Programme Reporting Analyst to manage and maintain data inputs for a suite of management reports in Power BI. Ensure all data is thoroughly checked and cleansed to support the development of accurate and effective reporting dashboards. Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders with a vested interest in the successful completion of the programme, supporting the Programme Controller in communication and coordination.
