We are looking for someone with experience in managing, leading, and mentoring a sales team within the estate agency industry. You will need to be passionate, energetic, and able to motivate your team. The right candidate will look to maintain and develop our excellent team culture.
The role of Branch Manager is vital to the business, aiding the growth of your branch through liaising with administrators to ensure properties are advertised correctly and sales are completed smoothly. You will be key in building, managing, and leading a winning team.
This role is ideal if you have a successful track record in Estate Agency. As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing your team. You will also need to embrace accountability and responsibility, acting with professionalism, honesty, and integrity towards each other and our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing and leading the efficient operation of the office.
* Ensuring that all business operations are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.
* Conducting sales valuations and driving the business forward.
* Leading daily meetings with the sales team.
* Motivating and coaching the team to achieve KPIs.
* Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance.
* Encouraging the team’s development and progression.
* Focusing on generating new and repeat business.
* Reporting to the directors on a regular basis.
* Inspiring, leading, and influencing team members.
* Identifying market and economic trends.
* Managing by a combination of leadership, role modelling, and positive performance management.
* Communicating effectively with vendors and buyers.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years work experience within the property industry, ideally in residential sales.
* Strong, recent experience managing a team within the property industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
