We’ve an exciting opportunity for a Documentation Workflow Manager to join our Documentation and Vendor Management team, on a 6 month FTC. You’ll be responsible for managing AXA's customer facing documentation across the business (including all elements of Commercial and Retail) through the document approval process, including development, production, and printing, and be involved in strategic or tactical projects relating to documents.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
* Manage documentation through document management process to ensure compliance with FCA and other regulatory requirements to help meet budgetary requirements and SLA’S of internal / external partners.
* Co-ordinate documentation changes with document owners, ensuring relevant approvals and sign-off have been agreed.
* Provide advice, guidance and direction to business areas to enable a successful document approval process that incorporates best practice and high standards.
* Lead Project teams and Documentation Team Manager to embed tactical and / or strategic projects.
* Support team member(s) so that their individual and collective performance meets required standard and the needs of the business.
* Manage global changes to large volumes of documentation including identifying documents for change, coordination of changes, linking in with supplier analysts to ensure availability of compliant documentation and to minimise costs.
* Assist in the design, development, and management of product documentation for new systems, and effective implementation.
* Linking in with the business to ensure awareness of upcoming documentation changes (new deals, projects, BAU changes).
* Ensure technical understanding of Brand guidelines and principles in to ensure these are delivered across AXA.
What you’ll bring:
* Good understanding of English and clarity principles.
* High level ability to use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, E-mail/Internet and relevant 3rd party systems where appropriate.
* Experience managing different deliverables within tight timescales.
* Excellent time management skills, prioritising work based on business needs.
* Good stakeholder management skills.
* Highly motivated self-starter.
* Proven network and relationship building skills.
