We’re looking for a hardworking, driven and passionate candidate to join our Sales T eam as a Property Recruitment Executive, as we get set for further growth in 2024 and beyond. As a Property Recruitment Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our Field Sales Team and the wider Host & Stay group in achieving our business growth targets. You will be the first touchpoint for any potential new owners looking to join Host & Stay and will play a pivotal role in ensuring their first impression of the business is a fantastic one. A Property Recruitment Executive will support our Property Consultants by initially qualifying any new leads that come into the business and, where suitable, arranging a meeting for one of our Property Consultants to visit the property. You will be a sales driven individual and your performance will be measured on a variety of KPIs including conversion and response times. As a Property Recruitment Executive you will have a high level of communication skills and be comfortable communicating over the phone and email. You will need desire, drive and commitment to meet and exceed targets and to provide a great first impression of the Host & Stay brand. T here's is potential earnings of £1,000 per quarter if these KPIs are reached. Day to Day you will be responsible for: Hit targets for conversion of leads to visits arranged and overall number of visits booked. Overcome objections and sell the Host & Stay product to new leads that come into the business and demonstrate to owners why they need a visit from one of our Property Consultants. Respond quickly and efficiently to any enquiries and give all potential new owners a high level of service. Communicate with owners competently over the phone and via email. High level of communication skills required with good grammar and punctuation in written emails. Be knowledgeable on the Host & Stay product and the wider industry trends to give owners a good initial understanding of why we are the best choice for their property. Maintain good pipeline management and detailed notes and records of conversations with each owner. Work collaboratively with Property Consultants to ensure they have all the information needed for their visit, which gives them the best chance of recruiting the owner. Smart diary planning to make sure there is enough travel time between visits and journeys are as efficient as possible. To be considered for this role you must have: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Negotiation and influencing skills Driven and determined to hit and exceed targets Ability to take initiative and grasp opportunities Identify hot leads and ensure an efficient follow up process Be able to analyse and plan effectively to ensure most efficient journeys Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during busy periods Able to multi-task, is organised and has good time management Proven record of meeting and exceeding targets Flexible and open to change.
