What You'll Be Doing:
As an essential part of the admin team, on the civil or crime department, you'll handle a variety of tasks that are crucial to the smooth operation of the court. You will:
* Collaborate and Communicate: Regularly interact with court users, judiciary members, legal professionals, and the public, ensuring effective communication and smooth processes.
* Data Management: Collate and analyse complex information, manage data input, and frequently use Excel to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
* Process Applications: Handle the processing of applications and orders, ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed meticulously.
* Liaison Duties: Act as a bridge between the courtroom, judiciary, and the public, ensuring seamless coordination and support.
* Correspondence: Prepare and draft letters and emails, handling correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
* Routine Preparation: Assist with the preparation of routine documents and maintain orderly administrative processes.
What We're Looking For:
* Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
* IT Savvy: Basic IT skills, particularly in working with software and Office 365 applications.
* Experience: Previous administrative experience is a plus, showcasing your capability to handle similar tasks effectively.
