About the Job:
As the temporary HR Advisor, you will report to the Head of HR, providing professional HR support across various functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and learning and development. You will collaborate closely with HR Managers and business leaders while supporting your own employee client group in their employee life-cycle.
Duties will include:
* Leading resolution of employee inquiries related to policies, processes, absence, benefits, and compensation.
* Partnering with line managers to address employee relations matters, performance management, and staffing issues.
* Managing employee relations issues such as capability reviews, investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries.
* Ensuring compliance with legal right-to-work documentation.
* Supporting inquiries related to benefits, employee details, and compensation.
* Developing and managing HR policies and procedures.
* Supporting recruitment efforts and conducting interviews as needed.
* Delivering onboarding and induction processes for new hires and managing the employee exit process.
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be creative, ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified, with experience in a busy HR role handling the full employee life cycle. You will be genuine, friendly, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
