We are looking for an experienced Invoice Administrator to join us on a full time permanent basis.

Duties include:
* Managing invoices for utilities (e.g., phone lines, gas, electricity, water).
* Developing and maintaining a database to track and monitor utility invoices.
* Coordinating invoice checking processes with colleagues across the business.
* Liaising with utility companies to resolve discrepancies and challenge incorrect charges.
* Raising purchase orders through POP requisitions and receipting goods.
* Assisting the Housing Management services with general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our Teams.
* Assist the contract manager in contract management duties

* Effectively prioritise tasks and follow direction when needed.

Requirements
* A strong background in administration with proven experience.
* The ability to work independently, while also thriving in a team environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a flexible approach to work.
* The capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* A professional approach to handling confidential information
