5pm-11pm Various Shift Patterns available: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Alternate Friday or Sunday (24 hours per week) Monday, Thursday and Friday (18 hours minimum) Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (18 hours minimum).
Arthur David Food with Service, an award-winning family business, specializes in supplying an impressive range of fresh, ambient, and frozen quality products to a variety of customers including manufacturers, schools, and hospitality. We are looking for a part-time Customer Excellence Advisor to join our evening team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of IT programs such as Microsoft Office and proficient keyboard skills. You will need to be able to get to Bishop Sutton without relying on public transport.

Requirements:
* Excellent standard of IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent keying skills are a necessity
* Working knowledge of fresh produce is an advantage, although not essential as full training will be provided
* In accordance with our drug & alcohol policy, we will be testing all new employees at induction
Experience:
* Call centre: 1 year (preferred)
* Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute/Relocate:
Must be able to get to Bishop Sutton without relying on public transport.
