Title: Car Paint Sprayer

We are looking for an experienced Car Paint Sprayer to join our talented team in Peterborough. In this key position, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to a diverse range of vehicles, ensuring that all work adheres to our rigorous standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare vehicles for painting by thoroughly cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces as needed.
2. Use spray guns and other tools to apply paint evenly and achieve a flawless finish.
3. Mix and match paint colors to meet specifications and customer requests.
4. Perform quality inspections on completed work to ensure it meets both industry standards and client expectations.
5. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, following safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
1. Experience as a Car Paint Sprayer or in a similar role within the automotive sector.
2. Solid understanding of painting processes, materials, and equipment.
3. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
4. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
5. Relevant qualifications in automotive painting or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
6. Full UK driving license.
